▲To sign up as a new user on the
Home page, click on the "SIGN UP NOW" link (located on the
right, in the first box, in blue text). This will open a new
window.
▲In the new window, entitled "SIGN
UP AS A NEW USER", fill in the information completely, and click the SUBMIT
button at the bottom of the page. This will bring up a login
Information Page. It is strongly recommended that this page be printed out and
kept for future reference in the event that you login information is
forgotten.
▲ After you have printed out the
page, click the CLOSE button to continue to the Main Interface Page.
▲The next step is to fill in
the "Company Profile". Click on the "Company Profile" link in the left blue
panel under Company Setup, and a new window, "Company Profile" will appear.
Fill in the information and click the UPDATE button at the end of the page.
Scheduler will save the company profile information. Click the "CLOSE" button
at the end of the page, Scheduler will close the window and lead you back to
the Main Interface Page.
▲ Next step is to add new or edit
existing shifts for your company . Clicking "Add New" button to add a new
shift and clicking "Select" link under "Modify" column to edit an existing
shift. You can also edit a shift's Senior Staff Number, Staff
Number and Expired Status by directly modifying them in the table and
then clicking "Update" button to save your modification..
▲Next, click on the "Employee
Profile" link under "Employee Setup" on the Main Interface Page. For first time
users, only the "Add Employee" option will be available. Fill in the
information for each employee and click SAVE. In the top right corner of the
page, a drop down menu allows you to view active, inactive, or all employees.
▲ Next, you
can edit the shift information related to every
employees. Clicking the link under column "Shift Set" will display an
employee's shift information, such as the shifts this employee can attend, the
maxium shifts this employee can take and if automatically add new shift to this
employee.
▲Next, let employees to block
the shifts he is not available in the "Employee Time Entry "
page.
▲Next, In "Company Shift
Arrangment" page, you can arrange the shifts according to the
availability of your staff and
other conditions. Clicking any cell designating
a shift in a specific date will display the available employees and
unavailable employees. You can choose one employee for this shift. clicking
button "Auto Scheduling" will arrange shifts auto matically according to the
availability of your staff and other preset conditions.
▲ Scheduler also provides
industry-leading management reports for current and prior years. Our reports
are available to print or view from your PC.
▲ Scheduler allows you to create
multi-users for your company. You can define a unique access option for each
user. Click on "User Access Options" under User Setup to do handle the access
functions.
